Met de GreenMachine over de Simplon pass |

 Hallo,
Tijdens de vakantie in Zwitserland heb ik me dit
jaar gewaagd aan de beklimming van de Simplon pas. Deze pas is een verbinding
tussen Brig (in het Rhonedal) en Domodossola in Italie. De pas is met 2000 m
niet zo gek hoog, maar vanuit Brig (700 m) is het wel een lange klim over
ongeveer 20 km. Vooral het eerste deel is behoorlijk steil over een vrij smalle
weg met haarspeldbochten

GreenMachine wins prestigious Golden Eurobike Award
 Under the patronage of
the world famous iF Design from Hannover, this
year’s Eurobike Awards were presented by a seven person jury. The
Eurobike cycle show, held at the end of August in German Friedrichshafen is the
number 1 bicycle trade show in the world. And for the third year in a row the
Eurobike Awards were selected by a professional jury prior to the show. On the
2nd show day official announcements were made on the bronze, silver and gold
winning Awards. Surprisingly Flevobike’s GreenMachine was the very first
recumbent bike in the history of the Eurobike Awards, to be rewarded with a
Gold Award.
