Head lights usually come in 2 types: one type with
clamp mount for handle bar assembly and the other type with special bracket for
assembly on the crown of the front fork. For both types of assembly we offer a small
assembly set. Option 1 for bracket type head lights, which includes 2 side supports
+ 8 nylon washers that need to be assembled on both sides of the bracket. Option
2 for clamp type head lights, which includes 2 side supports + a 2-piece nylon
spacer.
Head Light assembly
- Unscrew the 2 frame bolts (Torx type)
in order to accommodate the head light assembly.
- Assemble head light, 8 nylon washers
(option 1) or 2-piece nylon washer (option 2), 2 side supports and 1 bolt
(Torx type) + nut.
- Position the assembly unit over the holes
in the bottom bracket covers. Insert the remaining 2 bolts (Torx type) in
the holes and tighten.
- Lock the 2 bolts with 2 nuts.

- Battery pack
- Head light with built-in battery pack
The LH frame
cover of the BB area has been equipped with a plug connector for the head
light. The main frame has been equipped with a plug connector for a battery
pack or a dynamo hub.
We recommend to use a LED type taillight. Most of
these taillights have a bracket for assembly on the bicycle. Both the
GreenMachine seat and top bag have an adaptor for these brackets.
The Sigma NiMH 6 V 4AH battery pack could be a
very good choice for power supply. This battery pack can be assembled without
any modifications and the need of tools.
